Step one
Two or three sentences is plenty. Where, when, who, and what would make it a good trip. Write it the way you would say it to a friend, including the parts that are not about money.
Dates can be approximate. "The second week of March" is fine.

Leave empty if the paragraph already says it.
The price is quoted for these nights.
The airport we compare against. Everything else follows from it.
We write once, and only if something is cheaper.
Step two
Every answer here is a rule we apply for fourteen days. A cheaper trip that breaks one of them is not a match, and we will not email it.
The card we price is built on the dates in your paragraph.
Departure from your airport.
We compare fares with the same allowance you confirmed, never a stripped one.
You set the number. We do not decide what your time is worth.
Flights and hotels are compared separately. You can have either.
The hotel you want
These are the requirements a hotel has to meet to count as the same trip. The cheaper rate has to be a room that still meets all of them, so a downgrade never looks like a saving.
A district, a landmark, or what you want to avoid.
The review score the room has to keep.
Next
Nothing is charged yet. The next page shows the itinerary we would watch and a real price from a live search. If the price is not there, the pay button is not there either.
